Shipping and Returns
We always try to ship items the same day we receive the order, presuming we receive the order before 12 noon.
Sometimes this is not possible, some items may be in satellite warehouses, such as the furniture lines, some items may be temporarily out of stock.
In these cases we will endeavour to ship the item within 2/3 days or we will notify you of the lead time that an item might take. Furniture items sometimes take these times to ship as they are held in a satellite warehouse and require collecting before shipping from the main office.
Small items will be posted, unless required otherwise at the checkout stage. These items normally take 3-5 days to arrive.
Items between 1kg and 5kg will normally be shipped by Hermes (www.myhermes.co.uk), bigger, bulkier items will normally be shipped using ParcelForce or Yodel. As standard all items are shipped within the UK FREE. Only if you require a special service or quick delivery will you be offered extra shipping charges. As standard shipments take between 3 – 5 days to arrive. Expedited shipping services normally take 1 – 2 days to arrive.
At the checkout stage you will be given two shipping options, FREE shipping (shipping included in the unit price) and an Expedited service, at an extra cost. If you require the item you have ordered to be shipped on this expedited service you should pick this option.
NOTE: Items shipped by the expedited service are fully tracked and will normally be delivered in 1-2 days in the mainland UK and possible 2-3 days in remote regions, or if otherwise indicated. If the recipient is not in then the carrier should leave a card telling the recipient so, however if you have not received your item in what you consider the right time frame please call us.
Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To this end we offer all our customers a no quibble return option. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days for a complete refund. All we ask of you is that you return any item in perfect condition, if you no longer want it.
If you have a genuinely faulty item that needs returning we will issue you with a free carrier label to return the item, within the warranty period of that item. You will have the choice of a refund or a replacement product.
